Washington Capitals traded defenseman Zach Miskovic and left wing Maxime Lacroix to Vancouver Canucks for center Gregory Campbell
A native of Canada, Gregory Campbell was originally drafted to the NHL by the Florida Panthers in the 3rd round of the 2002 entry draft. He has appeared in 72 NHL games during his career, notching 9 goals and adding 13 assists along with 56 penalty minutes. The 28 year old center has played 56 games with the Vancouver Canucks this season, totalling 8+10=18 with 42 PIM.
