Atlanta Thrashers traded center Ivan Telegin and goaltender Fredrik Pettersson-Wentzel to New York Islanders for left wing Blake Comeau

A native of Canada, Blake Comeau was originally drafted to the NHL by the New York Islanders in the 2nd round of the 2004 entry draft. He has appeared in 151 NHL games during his career, notching 36 goals and adding 62 assists along with 121 penalty minutes.
